A.Objectives of the course:
The objective of the course is to provide an understanding of the challenges in managing responsibility centres and providing tools for managing the same.
B. Target participants
The course is targeted at general managers and aspiring general managers. Managers with around ten years of managerial experience will find the course useful.

Name: Asish K Bhattacharyya
Brief profile
Dr. Asish K Bhattacharyya is a Former Professor of IIM Calcutta and Ex-Director of IMT Ghaziabad. He also held the position of the Technical Director in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining academia, he worked for twenty years in leadership positions in large companies. He holds a doctoral degree from the Allahabad University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London). His focus areas are Corporate Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Corporate Governance.
